2013 Dodge Dart Mopar Edition revealed ahead of Chicago Auto Show

Mopar today revealed their all new performance package for the 2013 Dodge Dart set to entice the tuner minded.

The Mopar Edition Dodge Dart has various exterior enhancements and modifications.  They include a front lip spoiler, rear deck-lid spoiler as well as a mean looking rear diffuser.  The limited edition model will also come with black paint contrasted with blue striping as pictured.  18″ black wheels also help seal the look of mean tuner oriented machine.

There are also numerous interior modifications which include blue-stitched steering wheel, sport pedals and a numbered plaque on the dashboard.

Power figures unfortunately have not been increased as the 2013 Dodge Dart Mopar will continue to feature the Fiat derrived 1.4L Turbo-charged engine that produces 160-hp and 184 ft-lb of torque.  It will also come standard with a six-speed manual transmission.

The suspension however has been updated to a more sporty set up.  It will also have a re-calibrated steering system as well as upgraded brakes.

When we say limited we’re not kidding.  There will only be 500 examples made of the Mopar Edition Dart.  Pricing has not yet been announced. – Enjoy the pictures.
