All new Infiniti G Sedan to be revealed in January – Potential 500+ hp – Twin Turbo

Nissan’s luxury division revealed on its Facebook page that it will be unveiling “an all-new Infiniti luxury sports sedan” at the North American International Auto Show in January.  We have a very good hunch that this will be the new G sedan.  As you know the Infiniti G sedan has been quite a competitor in the luxury sports sedan market leading the pack with a 3.7L V6 producing 330-hp.  Will Infiniti Up the anty again with their newest model?  We will soon find out.

So far we know that the Next generation G series will be roughly the same size as the current outgoing model.  We also have solid intel that it will have a brand new chassis shared with the Mercedes-Benz C-class.  The 2014 G sedan will continue featuring the current VQ V6 engine bloodlines but the higher end IPL model has been rumored to potentially have a 500+ horsepower engine and likely to have a price tag similar to the Nissan GT-R.   Now we’re talkin’.
